These "Bridgeport" style machines are used as support equipment for our CNC machines.

This engine lathe is used for low volume parts as well as some secondary operations.

The Mega Machining Center is designed for smaller quantity runs and lower tolerance parts. While it has been a good, solid machine it is primarily used as support equipment for our more modern CNC mills and lathes.
The Scotchman cold saw is a fully automaic, precision cut-off saw. It is used primarily to cut blanks for the CNC maching centers.
This second operation lathe is used for a variety of polishing, deburring and chamfering tasks.
As with all of our equipment we believe in buying brand new tooling from the best names in the industry. We keep all of our tooling well organized and indexed in cabinets specifically designed for that purpose.
