At CNC Industries we believe in buying brand-new equipment from industry leaders.  As with most things CNC equipment continues to get better, faster, more dependable and more accurate every year.  By buying new equipment we are continually adding machines which represent the absolute latest technology.  Each piece of equipment we purchase is carefully matched to the work which will be placed on it.  To the extent possible we buy identical pieces of equipment in order to have as much equipment redundancy as possible.

Our machining centers incorporate custom designed, quick-change fixtures and tooling.   We also use sophisticated tool pre-setters to further increase machine up-time.  Not only does this save a significant amount of set-up time, it also increases our scheduling flexibility.

Additionally all of our CNC machines are connected to a company-wide network. That means that programs and information is exchanged in real time - drastically reducing wasted time.  The combination of all these things provides a near failsafe environment and facilitates our excellent on-time track record.

At CNC Industries we know that quite often Success is in the Details.
