In today's world technology and its proper use can make all the difference. CNC Industries has been focused on using Leading-Edge technology to its advantage since its inception. We believe our proficient use of technology is what really sets us apart from the rest.
At CNC Industries, we focus on better manufacturing through better processes. To achieve the highest level of performance possible we have custom designed a very robust ERP system which we call Job Manager II. This system includes Info-Stations at every workstation throughout the company and has enabled us to maintain a significant advantage over other machine shops.
With flexibility in controlled processes such as quoting, ordering, scheduling, process planning, routing, machining, finishing, purchasing, assembly, fabrication, inspecting, shipping, time cards, and dozens of other areas, CNC Industries is able to produce quality parts faster, more reliably and more cost effectively than most shops.
To meet the complex requirements of today's extremely competitive and fast paced world of manufacturing requires tremendous attention to detail. At CNC Industries the combination of using Best Practices with Leading-Edge Technology and a Scalable Infrastructure adds up to:
Precision Machining at its Best!

At CNC Industries we believe
that success is in the details.
In order to process the more than one million performance-critical parts shipped annually and maintain a nearly perfect Quality rating, it is important to have a very efficient way of collecting, organizing, viewing and reporting the staggering amount of information involved.
Since CNC is a job shop, not a production shop, most of the parts we make are very complex with very stringent quality requirements. To this end CNC Industries, Inc. has created it's own proprietary ERP software to handle the management of virtually all job-related data and functions.
The ERP system known as "Job Manager II" has facilitated a very fast growth rate for the company while minimizing the staff required to keep up with the massive information flow thoughout the company.
An ongoing Project at CNC Industries is the elimination of paper documents. Paperless manufacturing benefits the company in every category of service -- from pricing to quality to delivery.
By eliminating printed copies of information we are able to quickly adapt to any change that may be made to a process or part. The ability to very quickly adapt to an ever changing environment is an asset that is absolutely necessary in a modern machining facility.
CNC Industries is acutely aware of this fact and uses technology accordingly.
In order to manage and maintain the thousands of documents that we deal with, CNC has developed Doc Manager as a component of our Job Manager II ERP software. Doc Manager manages the storage and retrieval of all documents electronically.
Since the documents are strictly controlled and maintained electronically, it virtually eliminates the possibility of obsolete documents creeping into the myriad of processes throughout the company. The electronic documents are readily available at Info Stations located at every workstation in the shop.
Confidential or otherwise sensitive documents are password protected and available on a need-to-know basis.
Wireless thin clients allow CNC Industries to redeploy employees and work areas as needed with minimal disruption. Thin clients are cost effective devices with minimal maintenance needed.
Access to our Distributed ERP system is universal throughout our facility - making information available when and where it is needed.
Through good planning and technological knowledge we have been able to stay at the forefront of Information Systems innovations.
The substantial savings in time is showing in tangible ways every day.
Using a Digital Sign Display in our shop facility allows CNC Industries to quickly convey important messages to the entire company. An LCD monitor connected to a server-side software package allows a convenient and easy way to update the system with the latest performance information.
The benefits of having the entire company "in the know" are far reaching and go a long way toward CNC Industries' Goal of Zero defects.
