CNC
Industries has differentiated itself by providing not
only consistent quality, dependable on-time deliveries, and
competitive pricing - but by also providing outstanding
customer service. The company's extra level
of performance has been achieved primarily through the
development of a state-of-the-art company infrastructure, which
includes a custom developed MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) system. The result has been very rapid growth, with many years exceeding
50% annual increases in revenue.

Founded in December 1995 by Steven
Deam, Sr. & Linda Deam, CNC Industries is the second highly
successful company they have started. Their first company,
a rubber mold manufacturer was started in 1976 and is
still thriving.
CNC Industries was originally located
in Churubusco, Indiana. Within three years the Company outgrew
its facility and in 1998 relocated to a 9,000 square foot, leased
building in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Due to its commitment
to dependable performance, its focus on customer satisfaction,
and aggressive sales efforts, the Company again outgrew its facilities
within the next two years. In 2000 the Company moved into a newly-constructed,
custom built 36,000 square foot facility in one of Fort
Wayne's premier industrial complexes.
Throughout the early years of operation,
while Management focused on rapid growth it also emphasized the
development of a strong company infrastructure in order to sustain
that growth. In 1997 the Company began development of a custom
designed Distributed MRP system. Now in its second version the highly
specialized system
facilitates accurate quoting, ordering, scheduling, process-flow,
inspection, corrective actions, inspection, as well as dozens of
other functions. The MRP system enables the Company to precisely track
every detail of every job in real-time. This
real-time data is disseminated throughout the company via dozens
of terminals placed at strategic locations. Literally every
person in the company is within a few steps of the information
they need to process the job.
In 2002 CNC Industries became ISO 9001-2000 certified. Due to its high quality standards, CNC
became one of few companies to receive ISO certification without
revision to any to its processes.
As CNC began its 13th year of
operation, the Company employs over 60 people and has
more business booked than at any other time in its history. With
a strong infrastructure, a highly effective MRP system, flexible
manufacturing processes, and the ability to continually increase
its capacity CNC Industries is well positioned for
continued growth.
Whether you need a prototype part
or thousands of parts, you can count on CNC Industries to deliver
