We wouldn't be a leader in the CNC machining business without the strong guidance of several people.

Steven & Linda Deam
CNC Industries was founded by Steve & Linda Deam in 1995.   Together they have guided the Company's strong development from its inception. Having started in the manufacturing field in 1970 Steve & Linda have a very broad range of experience in this field.  CNC Industries is the second successful machine shop they have started from the ground up.  Recognizing the need for dependable quality, competitive prices and reliable on-time deliveries in the field of custom machined parts they have set a very high standard for the Company.

Steve Deam, Jr., Information Technology and Accounting
Steve has been with the Company in various capacities since its inception.  In January 2005 he was promoted to the position of Financial Officer.  One of his main accomplishments with the company has been the development of a custom ERP application.   Designed from the ground up, the ERP system controls all aspects of the company and has given CNC Industries an important edge over most CNC shops.  Steve is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Business Management at Indiana University / Purdue University Fort Wayne.

Dustin Kimbrell, Plant Manager
Dustin has a strong and diverse background in CNC machining.  Drawing upon his experience from numerous other companies and by using a hands-on approach Dustin works very closely with Quality Assurance as well as individual machinists and operators to ensure that the highest level of performance is being achieved.  Dustin is also responsible for Quoting as well as overseeing the various requirements of ISO registration within the company.
